On December 1, 2005, Patriot announced plans to build the plant on a 140-acre Henry County, Illinois site located one and one-half miles east of Annawan, Illinois.  The proposed site will be situated between Interstate 80 on the north and Illinois State Highway 6 to the south.  The parcel has good elevation for building and construction of a rail siding bed and is adjacent to the Iowa Interstate railroad.  The proposed site will be located more than 50 miles away from any current plants.  The site is adjacent to the south side of Interstate 80 and the north side of Highway 6, which runs east-west across Illinois and Iowa.  Highway 6 is a well-maintained two-lane highway with limited truck traffic due to its proximity to Interstate 80.  It is 1.5 miles east of Highway 78 and the exit from Interstate 80.  The entrance to the plant will be via a new 80,000 pound road to be built through the Annawan industrial park, which will be within 300 yards of the Interstate 80 exit onto Highway 78. The site is served by the Iowa Interstate Railroad (IAIS).  The IAIS is a short line railroad with tracks running from Chicago, Illinois to Omaha, Nebraska.  It has access to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad and Union Pacific Railroad at the IAIS Rock Island rail facility.  IAIS also has access to CSX tracks, for eastbound shipments through its facility in Joliet/Chicago.  Patriot ay source grain from Illinois and Iowa via the IAIS and expect we will be able to arrange corn delivery via rail. The IAIS railroad is assisting us with rail development.
